PH 320 Community Health 3 credits
This course combines theoretical frameworks with practical applications, preparing students to effectively address health challenges and promote well-being within communities. It offers an in-depth exploration of community health principles, focusing on the assessment, promotion, and maintenance of health within diverse populations. Students will examine the social determinants of health, community-based interventions, and the roles of public health systems in addressing health disparities.
