MI 450 Quality Management in Medical Imaging Sciences
2 credits
Through lecture and lab, this course focuses on quality management and its associated topics of quality assurance and quality control as they relate to the field of Medical Imaging. Particular emphasis is on quality control; which is the part of the overall program that deals with instrumentation and equipment. Methods used to test, evaluate, and ensure radiographic image quality will be covered.
