POL 304 Congress and the Presidency

This course explores the legislative and executive branches of the federal government, the US Congress, and the President of the United States. Students will learn the roles of each institution in lawmaking, oversight, and policy implementation. The course specifically focuses on institutions, checks and balances, and norms as they shape and are shaped by human behavior.
