CRM 215 Inequality and Crime


3 credits

This course examines the intersection between social inequality, criminal offending, and the criminal justice system. Specific attention will be given to factors of power and social structure and the roles they play in criminal offending and the criminal justice system. We will focus on race/ethnicity, sex/gender, and class inequalities.
