MKT 345 Consumer Behavior


3 credits

BUS 345 Consumer Behavior examines the psychological, social, and situational influences on purchasing decisions. Students explore perception, learning, motivation, personality, attitudes, and persuasion to understand how consumers are influenced in decision-making. The social influences of culture, subculture, family, and reference groups are addressed. This course highlights social influence and ethics in the buying process.
