ECE 381 Reading Methods II
3 credits
This course prepares students to adapt and enhance methods and materials to teach reading skills to allow groups and/or individuals multiple pathways to learning. This course examines Word Recognition using structural, contextual, phonetic and dictionary analysis; prior knowledge; and assessment techniques using the oral reading miscue analysis associated with literacy instruction.
