MI 307 Radiation Biology and Protection

This course focuses on the biological and genetic changes in the human body as the result of exposure to ionizing radiation. Typical medical exposure levels, methods for measuring and monitoring radiation, and methods for protecting personnel and patients from excessive exposure will be covered.
