ENG 304 Introduction to Professional Writing and Rhetoric
3 credits
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of studying and practicing professional writing and rhetoric. The course includes study of classical rhetorical theory, including situational awareness, ethos, pathos, logos, and audience analysis. Emphasis is on the application of rhetorical concepts through practice in writing, document design, writerly style, and digital and analog delivery.
